X There is heating and air-condition system in the building to enable the work all around the year. All activities in the building are supported by our professional team, who are here to assist you in your work.
We can help you to get in touch with the leading companies for simultaneous translation in Croatia. Their interpreters are highly educated and experienced and provide this service very professionally.
Participants can be accommodated in the new CAAS Residence that consists of 21 single and 13 double rooms (each with bathroom, air condition, phone and Internet). It is located on the third floor.
There are 7 double bed apartments (each with kitchenette and bathroom) located on the second floor with free wireless internet connection.
With the most of the hotels we have contracts with special discount for the participants of our events. We strongly suggest choosing the hotels and booking the rooms much in advance, especially for the high season (June – October).

We can provide a list of tourist agencies and web sites where you can choose the private accommodation according to your preferences.
TRANSFERS, EXCURSIONS, SIGHTSEEING, CONCERTS, SPECIAL EVENTS:
Besides organizing your stay and work we will be pleased to assist you with other aspects of your conference: transfers from and to the airport, excursions, sightseeing, concerts, lunches & dinners, special events. We established professional contacts with tourist agencies, restaurants and other service providers in order to make your stay in Dubrovnik successful and enjoyable.
